Where are your locations?

We currently have data centres in Montreal, QC and Toronto, ON.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment through Credit Card (Stripe) or a verified PayPal account.

How does billing work?

You will be billed the first of each billing cycle. If you are using a credit card, you will automatically be charged each billing period (i.e. monthly, yearly, etc.). If you are using PayPal, you will be redirected to the billing page and prompted to pay using your verified PayPal account.

How do I cancel my service?

Go to your account settings and you should see a “Close Account” button. Click it and your account will be closed. By closing your account, you will no longer be billed if you have set up recurring monthly payments.

Do you allow _______?

Please refer to our Terms of Service for information regarding what you can and cannot do on your account. If you have any questions, please contact us before choosing a package.

Is SMTP Blocked?

No; however, we do limit SMTP traffic. For 99% of customers, they won’t notice this limit. If you need the rate limit changed please open up a support ticket and we will assist you as best we can.

Where did you get your name?

The name “Autumn Walker” comes from a song by the band Jets to Brazil. We simply liked the sound of it when we setup the business.
