When will my account be suspended if I am past due?

Services are prepaid and failure to make payment will result in service suspension. When the invoice is seven (7) days overdue services are suspended. Overdue notice is emailed when 24 (twenty-four) hours past due. Late fees of 15% of total invoice value, or minimum of $5.00 CAD, will be applied to any invoice which is past due. Services will be terminated when invoice is 60 (sixty) days past due.
